Songwriter and record label boss Mama Tee returns with a Hebrew and English version of her Christmas song titled “Shalom Elohim Alaich” (Peace Unto You). This project was a collaboration between recording artist Raphael Emeka and a team he had been working with from Israel for some of his previous releases.

This song takes us back to the birth of Jesus using a combination of Hebrew and English to describe the purpose of Christmas!

Mama Tee wanted the song in Hebrew, because the old testament was written in Hebrew. The old testament made frequent references to the coming of Christ. An opportunity to have a song sung in one of the main languages of the Bible was one she couldn’t pass up!

Mama Tee reiterates that the purpose of Christmas is written in John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
