Ahead of the presidential election slated for February 25, the Nigerian Army has released a list of hotlines to monitor and report any suspicious act of violence by persons or groups of persons capable of disrupting the peaceful conduct of the polls.

This is coming a week after the Army launched Operation Safe Conduct across the country which was followed by the deployment of military vehicles and officials in the state of the federation.

The flag-off and the hotlines were to support the lead security agency, the Nigeria Police Force in the successful conduct of the elections.
