England captain, Harry Kane, voted Paris Saint-Germain’s Lionel Messi, as the best men’s player for 2022, while Argentina captain, Lionel Messi went for Brazilian forward, Neymar, according to FIFA.
Also, Brazil captain, Thiago Silva voted for Paris Saint-Germain’s Neymar to win the FIFA men’s best player for 2022, while the Egyptian captain went for Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior.
Recall that Messi eventually won the men’s prize for the second time in his career on Monday evening in Paris.
Messi won the award ahead of teammate Kylian Mbappe and Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema.
