The former Lagos State Governor and Presidential candidate of All Progressive Congress APC Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sent his condolence message to Turkey and Syria over the Monday’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake that caused over 5000 people to lose their lives.

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu took to his official Twitter handle to make this known.

Tinubu said he was heartbroken by the tragic events in Turkey and Syria following Monday’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake which has cost tens of thousands of innocent people their lives.

Asiwaju Tinubu sent his sincere sympathy and condolences to the bereaved families and to all who have been affected by the unfortunate incident.

He commended and expressed his solidarity with the Turkish government, local authorities, international organizations and NGOs who have contributed to rescue efforts and continue to offer relief to the victims.

Asiwaju prayed to Allah to continue to bless and keep everyone.

“May Allah SWT continue to bless and keep us all. Amin.” Asiwaju Tinubu prayed.
