Some residents of Osun state have protested against the federal government and the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu by chanting ‘ole.’ The protesters are angry over the economic hardship in the country, the scarce new naira notes and the hike in petrol price. In a video that has gone viral, one of the women could be seen shouting ‘Tinubu Ole, Ole, (thief), omo Saka Layonu Ole’, stating Tinubu would not get any vote from his alleged country home, Ede in Osun State.
The woman said the country would not be ruled by the APC candidate as she kept cursing Tinubu, adding he will not succeed in ruling Nigeria. Other women and residents in the state were also seen carrying placards and chanting in the background.
