Nollywood actor and newly re-elected house of representative for Surulere Constituency, Desmond Elliot has engaged in a social media brawl with blogger, Stella Dimoko Korkus over his re-election.
It was reported that Desmond was running for a third term to represent Surulere Constituency, and had emerged victorious with 17,837 votes.
Following his victory, Desmond Elliot penned an appreciation post to his opponents. He commended their efforts at the election.
Making an offer to them, Desmond stated that he is looking forward to working with them and sharing ideas on how to make the constituency better .
He pledged to give his utmost best at giving succor and relief to his constituents
Blogger, Stella Dimoko Korkus who doesn’t believe in his words took to his comment section to tackle him.
She noted how he is only repeating the same old story as he wouldn’t do anything for his constituency.
“Same old same old…u go enter voicemail again @desmondelliot”.
Replying her, Desmond Elliot threatened to block Stella Dimoko Korkus.
But before that, he expressed how shocked he is that Stella could utter such statement about him.
He reiterated that he is disappointed in her as he questioned where he missed it.
“Before I remove you from my space. You follow all people know me Wella. I’m extremely shocked at you. Stella like extremely. No be you at all. Where did we miss it. You wey suppose dey talk of the Desmond you know na you come my space dey talk this. No wahala we all go dey alright.
Firing back, Stella urged Desmond to carry out his threat and block her.
She questioned if the actor was feeding her for her to be afraid of him. Doubling down on her words, Stella stated that she said the truth and Desmond knows it.
Nonetheless, she apologised if her words sound negative to his fans.
“Remove me from your space say you dey feed me? I said the truth and you know it, this has been your style for years. I am sorry if I sound negative.(according to some). I have respectfully unfollowed you sir”.
