A draw in will put PSG at risk, should either of Newcastle or AC Millan win their game, with goal difference and other criteria to be used to determine the second placed team.
AC Millan and Newcastle will hope to see either of them win the final game in Italy with hopes that Borussia Dortmund will do them the favor of beating PSG.
A draw in Milan will leave the table as it is irrespective of the sores in Germany and while Champions League Football might seem out of their grasps, Newcastle United and AC Milan will still love to stay in Europe via the Europa league route and only a win can do that for the Italian side, while the English side will be needing just a draw.
With their famous home win against PSG, Newcastle United will hope to remain in Europe to give their fans something to believe in again, while 7 times winners AC Milan will want to do everything possible to remain where they think they belong.
PSG beat Dortmund in France and Newcast drew with AC Millan in England, should the same thing happen again, AC Milan would be the team bowing out of Europe completely,

With both Porto and Shakhtar Donetsk all at 9 points and playing each other in Portugal, the battle for the last Champions League spot will be between them, as only a win for the Portuguese side can get them close to moving past Barcelona on goal difference. This can only happen if Barcelona loses to Antwerp.
