Heartland technical adviser, Christian Obi has promised that his team will come out stronger for the second half of the 2023-24 Nigeria Premier Football League season.

Obi believes that his team still has a lot to prove in the remaining games of the campaign

Heartland is currently bottom of the NPFL table with 16 points.

DAILY POST recalls that Obi has been handed a five-game ultimatum by the Imo State government.

“The league is still open and Heartland is not a write-off; no one is sure of winning the league,” he said in an interview.

“We are going to improve in the remaining 19 matches to ensure we finish well.”
