Teenage Nollywood actress and gospel singer Uchechi Treasure Okonkowo popularly known as Adakirikiri has said that expectations and poor management is one of the reasons a lot of young talents are falling out in the industry.

Adakirikiri said that once you are on the screen people expect too much from you and they also write a lot of things that are not true because they can.

“I am grateful to my family and management who has shielded me from a lot of things, I am coming to appreciate some of these things”

“Sometimes you wake up and see you have bought a car of 200 million Naira when there is actually nothing like that. These things have their own way of mounting pressure on child-stars because you start wanting those things instead of focusing on your development”, she said.

She said that an amazing management team has handled her growth and she owes her family everything she is today.
