A former Councilor in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State, Hon. Wilson Amaefule said he has rejoined the All Progressives Congress APC. 

He left the party during the last general election to pitch his tent with the Social Democratic Party SDP. 

Wilson who is one of the winners the last time Local Government Elections was conducted in Imo State, said that his return to the party is to promote the programmes and ideologies of the Shared Prosperity Government of Governor Hope Uzodimma in Imo State.

Speaking from his Umuhu-Okabia Ward in Orsu Local Government Area of the State where he rejoined the party, the member Ex-Gov. Senator Rochas Okorocha’s Rescue Mission Family said that he is back and will contribute his quota towards the development of his ‘family’.

“I am committed and dedicated to giving my best to the Capacity Governor”, adding that he’s out to help the party to Consolidate on its achievements in Imo State and beyond.

He applauded Governor Hope Uzodimma for his monumental achievements in the state within his first tenure, wishing him a better and fruitful second tenure as the Executive Governor of Imo State.
