The major crisis rocking the Imo State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, has some key members including Legal Adviser, Kissinger Ikeokwu resign.
Kissinger who has been a firm supporter and member of the Hon. Emeka Ihedioha’s camp of the party shared his resignation letter on social media, saying he is done with his position and party.
Although he did not state his next destination, it is believed that he will be moving in the same direction with his principal Emeka Ihedioha who has also dumped the party.
Kissinger’s letter reads:
“After consultation with my family, and after a deep reflection on the direction of the party, I have come to the conclusion that I cannot in good conscience remain a member of this party”
“Consequently, I hereby resign my membership of the Peoples Democratic Party and from the office of State Legal Adviser, Peoples Democratic Party hot State”
“I wish the party well in all its future aspirations”
Other top members who have left the party include a State Board of Trustees Member, Dr. Chris Okewulonu and Onwubuariri Obinna Kingsley who is a former member of the House of Representatives under the party.
