Crystal McKinney, a former model, has filed a lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003, marking the sixth accusation of sexual assault against the rapper and business mogul.
McKinney claims that the incident occurred after meeting Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York City. According to her lawsuit filed in federal district court in Manhattan, she was invited to a space where Diddy and others were drinking and using drugs. McKinney alleges that she was given a joint that she believes was laced with a narcotic or other substance.
Despite declining further substances, McKinney says Diddy pressured her to continue drinking and smoking before allegedly assaulting her in a bathroom. She describes the rapper forcing her into oral sex against her will.
Diddy has faced multiple allegations recently, including accusations from Cassie, settled out of court, and others, which have sparked widespread attention and legal actions against him.
