Chelsea is reportedly in advanced negotiations to sign Barcelona’s Marc Guiu, according to sources in Spain. The 18-year-old striker, who made his debut for Barcelona’s first team in the 2023-24 season, scored two goals in seven appearances across all competitions.

Guiu made his senior debut under coach Xavi last October, netting a goal with his second touch in a 1-0 victory against Athletic Bilbao.

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea has presented a contract offer and is prepared to pay the €6 million release clause to finalize the deal soon.
