Orlando Pirates have expressed interest in acquiring Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali. The club is seeking a new goalkeeper after the departures of Richard Ofori and Siyabonga Mpontshane.

Nwabali, currently with Chippa United, has also attracted attention from another South African club, Kaizer Chiefs. Interest in the 28-year-old shot-stopper extends beyond South Africa, with clubs from Europe and Saudi Arabia reportedly keen on his services.

Nwabali’s standout performances for the Super Eagles at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations have significantly raised his profile. Chippa United has indicated they will not hinder his move if a suitable offer comes in.
