Popular Yoruba actress and comedian Ramota Adetu, known as ‘Aunty Ramota,’ has reportedly fallen into a coma following a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery in Ikorodu, Lagos State, on June 8.
According to blogger Tosin Silverdam, Aunty Ramota underwent the surgery to enhance her appearance but faced complications that led to her current comatose state.
Silverdam stated, “Aunty Ramota slipped into a coma on Saturday, June 8, following her BBL surgery at a hospital in Ikorodu due to surgical complications.”
The news has triggered various reactions, with some doubting its authenticity and others expressing deep concern and wishing for her speedy recovery.
Actress Toyin Lawani responded to the news, saying, “It’s a skit, forget it. I’m not falling for this. I’m just imagining how it will look on her legs. I know it’s a joke. No doctor would do that to her; they would be jailed. It’s not ethical because of her condition.”
