Popular Nollywood actress Yvonne Jegede has shared her vision of an ideal partner. She revealed that she values men with empathy who are willing to exceed her financial requests without hesitation.
Speaking on a recent episode of ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast, Jegede said, “I’m looking for a man with a good heart. Because if you have empathy, and I ask for N1 million, you might give me N20 million. But if you lack empathy, you’d first ask, ‘Is it your father’s money?’”
In 2019, Jegede confirmed the end of her marriage to actor Olakunle ‘Abounce’ Fawole, just a year after their wedding. Reflecting on her past relationship during the podcast, she mentioned that one of the reasons she left her marriage was because she was contributing more financially than her ex-husband.
