Former Big Brother Naija contestant Pere Egbi has voiced concerns over the strategy employed by Season 9 couple Kassia and Kellyrae, known as DoubleKay. Pere believes that their decision to keep their marriage a secret in the house could lead to significant trust issues.
During their introduction on Sunday, Kassia and Kellyrae revealed their marriage but decided to maintain secrecy about it while in the house. Pere criticized this approach, suggesting it might create complications for their relationship. On his X handle, he commented, “You see that married couple, na dangerous game dem dey play. The kind of trust issues when this their game go generate, na outside dem go feel am when don commot.”
Adding to the drama, fellow housemate Toby Forge, unaware of Kassia’s marital status, recently expressed his affection for her. Toby suggested they could form a “very strong power couple,” only for Kassia to lightly reject his proposal, saying, “It is late, bro.”
On Tuesday night, Kassia informed her husband, Kellyrae, about Toby’s advances, further complicating the dynamics within the house.
