On Tuesday, an Iyaganku Magistrate’s Court in Ibadan ordered the remand of two siblings, Latunde Alayemi, 50, and Ayoola Alayemi, 54, in a correctional facility over the alleged murder of a 49-year-old man.

The brothers, whose addresses were not disclosed, face charges of conspiracy and murder. The Magistrate, Mrs. Kausarat Ayofe, did not take their plea, citing a lack of jurisdiction.

Ayofe instructed the police to forward the case file to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for legal advice and scheduled the case for mention on September 2.
