BBNaija’s ‘No Loose Guard’ contestant, Chinwe, has addressed the swirling rumors about her pregnancy following her eviction from the reality show on Sunday, August 25, 2024. Speaking to BeatFM shortly after her eviction, Chinwe made it clear that she is not pregnant, despite speculation from viewers and fellow housemates.
Chinwe’s response comes after a wave of assumptions triggered by her admission of a late period and bouts of nausea during her time in the house. While some took these as signs of pregnancy, the former housemate explained that these symptoms were unrelated.
“I’m not pregnant,” Chinwe clarified in her interview. She went on to emphasize that she is currently in a stable phase of her life where she can afford to have a child if that situation arises. “I have a partner, and I’m at a point in my life where I can provide the best care for my child if I do become pregnant. However, that is not the case right now.”
Chinwe also dispelled any misconceptions about her personal life, noting, “I didn’t go into the house pretending to be something I’m not. I never claimed to be a virgin, and my relationship status is no secret.”
Her comments are expected to put an end to the pregnancy speculation that has fueled online discussions since her eviction.
