Veteran Nollywood actor Francis Duru has announced the heartbreaking death of his 15-year-old son, Ifeanyi. The actor shared the tragic news on his Instagram page, expressing profound grief and admiration for his son’s brave battle.
“My champ!!my lion. You fought like a lion. if this is the way He wants it, so be it, I still judge you faithful,” Duru wrote. He continued, “Ifeanyi my champ. I will miss you son, I will forever love you. Rest in peace son…rest….I give you thanks lord!”
Ifeanyi’s passing has elicited an outpouring of condolences and support from fans and colleagues in the entertainment industry. The young boy’s courage and strength have been highlighted by his father, who referred to him as a “champion” and a “lion” in his touching tribute.
