Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman has shared insights into the unique pressure that comes with representing Nigeria on the international stage. The Atalanta forward, who has earned 25 caps and scored eight goals for the national team, opened up about the expectations Nigerian footballers face each time they don the green and white jersey.

Speaking on the Counter Attack Podcast, Lookman reflected on how football is deeply ingrained in Nigeria’s culture. “Our country lives and breathes football,” he said. “Every time you get called up to play, the responsibility is there because everyone expects the best from you.”
