The beloved singer, famed as the “Miliki Gospel King,” passed away on Wednesday due to a brief illness, shocking fans and colleagues alike. Alayo Melody, a fellow gospel artist, confirmed the tragic news via a heartfelt post on his official social media page, expressing his sorrow and calling for divine intervention against untimely deaths.

Dele Gold, born in Usi, Ekiti State and raised in Faforiji, Osun State, had carved a niche for himself in the gospel music industry with his vibrant style and uplifting songs. His death comes just a month after the gospel community lost another icon, Aduke Gold, adding to a string of losses that have deeply affected the genre.
