The popular Sabi Chef street food cooking competition, organized by Newspread.ng in partnership with Maxx Connection Ltd, is gearing up for its second edition in November. The event aims to celebrate and elevate Nigeria’s rich street food culture while offering street food vendors the chance to win exciting prizes.

According to Newspread.ng CEO, Shola Ewuola, the competition is designed to recognize the often-overlooked culinary talents of street food vendors, whose work is integral to Nigerian heritage. He emphasized that street food is more than a source of sustenance but a reflection of creativity and resilience that fuels both the local economy and cultural identity.
