Veteran Nollywood actress, Toyin Adegbola, has sparked reactions with her recent comments, suggesting that women should not leave their marriages due to infidelity. The actress advised that instead of walking out on a cheating husband, women should endure and even go as far as buying condoms for their unfaithful spouses.

Speaking during an Instagram Live session in Yoruba, Adegbola noted that leaving a marriage because of infidelity is unwise as divorced women may find it difficult to remarry. She argued that no single man would be interested in marrying a woman who has left her marriage.

“No matter how bad your husband is, don’t leave your matrimonial home because you won’t see a single man to marry you. Just be begging and buying condoms for him if he’s cheating,” Adegbola said during the live session.
