Former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has expressed his desire to manage the England national football team, a role he admits would be a dream come true for any English coach. Lampard’s name has surfaced among potential candidates to replace Gareth Southgate, who stepped down as England’s manager following Euro 2024.

In an interview on “The Sports Agents” podcast, Lampard, who earned over 100 caps as a player for England, revealed that managing the Three Lions would be an enticing opportunity. The Football Association (FA) has currently appointed Lee Carsley as the interim manager for the national team.
