Omowunmi Aloba, widow of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has agreed to a DNA test to establish the paternity of their only son, Liam. This decision follows a suit filed by Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, requesting DNA verification of his grandson.

After a series of attempts to serve Omowunmi with court papers and failed settlement talks, the Magistrates Court in Ikorodu, Lagos, facilitated an agreement. According to statements from the family’s legal team, Omowunmi agreed to the DNA test, which will be conducted at a certified medical facility, with Joseph Aloba bearing the cost.
