Nollywood star Bimbo Ademoye has debunked Toyin Abraham’s claims that she recently acquired a new house and car, dismissing the statement as a playful exaggeration.
During the Sunday premiere of Alakada! Bahd and Boujee, Toyin Abraham excitedly announced to the audience that Ademoye had become the latest owner of a new house and a Mercedes-Benz. The statement, however, sparked immediate laughter and curiosity, with actress Ini Edo humorously tapping Abraham on the shoulder, asking, “Who send you?”
Reacting to the viral announcement, Ademoye took to her Instagram page on Tuesday, where she denied the claims in a lighthearted manner. Speaking in pidgin English, she joked about her financial status, saying, “Yetunde Animashaun paro ku (Yetunde Animashaun is lying). House and car whereeeeeee? Wey I never chop belleful.”
The actress blamed Abraham’s comedic movie character, Yetunde Animashaun, for fueling the playful “lie” and further entertained her fans with her witty response.
Abraham’s comment, though made in jest, has since generated excitement among fans on social media, with many playfully speculating on Ademoye’s next big move.
