Nigerian disc jockey and billionaire heiress, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has declared that she will no longer remain in relationships or situations that require her to compromise her true self.
Taking to her X handle on Monday, DJ Cuppy shared a candid message, emphasizing her commitment to authenticity. She wrote, “I’m not staying. In a room, a convo, a relationship, a platform, or anywhere at all that requires me to abandon my true self. I’m done with that!”
The entertainer’s statement reflects her resolve to prioritize self-worth and authenticity over societal expectations. This comes after her highly publicized breakup with British boxer Ryan Taylor, ending their engagement in July 2023, barely seven months after their surprise proposal.
Cuppy has often expressed her desire to find love again but remains vocal about not settling for less than she deserves.
