Pastor Bolaji Idowu, Lead Pastor of Harvesters International Christian Center (HICC), has publicly denied allegations of fraud and money laundering involving N1.5 billion. Speaking during a “Next Level Prayers” session on Wednesday, Pastor Idowu maintained his innocence, refuting claims of real estate dealings and massive financial transfers into his accounts.

“I do not have any property in Nigeria apart from the one bequeathed to me by my late parents,” he stated. “My account is public; anyone can check if I have ever received such amounts.”

Reports suggest Pastor Idowu is under investigation by the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) in Abuja. A senior police source confirmed his detention in connection with alleged real estate fraud and money laundering.

Despite the ongoing investigation, Pastor Idowu expressed gratitude to his supporters and invited anyone with evidence against him to come forward, asserting his innocence.

HICC, founded in 2003, has grown into a global ministry with over 70,000 worshippers across Nigeria, the UK, and the US. Pastor Idowu’s “Next Level Prayers” platform has gained international recognition, adding to the public interest surrounding the case.
