The Uzotex Charity Foundation, led by its founder Festus Uzoma Mbisiogu, distributed food items and cash worth over ₦10 million to residents of Umuchima in Ideato South Local Government Area of Imo State. The gesture aimed to support less privileged members of the community during the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

The event, held on Saturday at the Catholic Great Church of Immaculate Conception (C.I.C), began with a mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Donatus Dozie, alongside Rev. Fr. Chibuzo Dike and Rev. Fr. Matthew Eze. Over 11 villages in the community and 20 special teenagers referred to as “Uzotex children” benefitted from the initiative.
