The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially unveiled the full match schedule for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), set to take place across nine venues in six Moroccan cities.

The tournament will kick off on Sunday, December 21, 2025, with host nation Morocco taking on Comoros at the newly built 69,500-seater Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat.

  • Rabat will serve as the tournament’s main hub, featuring four match venues.
  • Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakech, Fes, and Tangier will each host at least one match.
  • The quarter-finals will be split between Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, and Agadir.
  • The semi-finals will be played in Rabat and Tangier.
  • The third-place play-off is set for Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca.
  • The final match will be hosted at the Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah.

A total of 52 matches will be played throughout the tournament, with defending champions Côte d’Ivoire’s Elephants looking to retain their crown.
