Young tactician Washington Egor has officially been named the new head coach of Ikorodu City Academy. The Lagos-based club unveiled Egor’s appointment on Tuesday, confirming he will team up with assistant coach Emmanuel Otupe to steer the academy’s progress.

Egor, who expressed excitement about the role, vowed to build on the academy’s solid foundations. “I’m delighted to work with the Oga Boys,” he said. “I’ve followed the team’s development and progression, and I’m ready to continue the good work with God’s help and the management’s support.”
