Veteran Nollywood actor Segun Arinze has revealed his intention to return to the music industry, a passion he set aside years ago to focus on acting. Speaking on the latest episode of Curiosity Made Me Ask, hosted by content creator Bae U Barbie, Arinze dismissed claims that he left music due to failure, clarifying that his decision was purely personal.

“I didn’t fail as a musical artist. I left music on my own volition. If I wanted to do music, I would have continued,” Arinze said, adding that his background in theatre arts from Obafemi Awolowo University equipped him with skills that span both music and acting.

The actor, known for his captivating performances in Nollywood, disclosed that while he intends to make a comeback, it will not be for commercial purposes but purely for the love of music. “I will return to music just because I want to sing, not because I want to make money. The voice is still there,” he assured.
