Controversial rapper Speed Darlington has opened up about the shocking moment he was rearrested in Owerri, revealing that he initially thought he was being given a police escort before realizing he was actually under arrest.

Narrating his experience on social media, the rapper explained that the incident happened just minutes after he wrapped up an event in Owerri. That’s when two squads of police rushed me and ruffled me up. The whole time, I thought my host was trying to make me feel special by giving me escorts to my hotel,” he wrote.
