Tensions are rising in the Nigerian entertainment industry as popular actor and producer Stanley Ontop has called out singer Naira Marley and artist Zinoleesky over the alleged disappearance and illegal arrest of dancer Lil Smart.
The controversy started in December 2024, when Lil Smart publicly raised an alarm, stating that if anything happened to him, Naira Marley and Zinoleesky should be held responsible. Shortly after, he filed an official petition against both artists with the police, seeking justice.
However, in a shocking new development, Stanley Ontop revealed on Friday that Lil Smart has allegedly been missing for over five days after being taken into custody by unidentified individuals in Lagos.
Expressing his concern on Instagram, Stanley Ontop wrote:
“@lilsmart has been arrested by unknown persons in Lagos. Why una Dey stress this boy for God’s sake? You guys arrested him for 5 days now and refused to disclose his location.
@nairamarleyworld and @zinoleesky, wetin Dey sup? Let it not be what I’m thinking. Why are you guys oppressing this young boy? Free Lil Smart!”
Growing Concerns Over Lil Smart’s Whereabouts
The situation has fueled widespread concern on social media, with fans and industry figures demanding answers regarding Lil Smart’s safety and location. With no official statement from the authorities, speculations continue to grow over whether this is linked to his earlier accusations.
As pressure mounts, calls for transparency and justice for Lil Smart continue to gain momentum.
