In a recent address, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of LoveWorld Incorporated (Christ Embassy), shed light on the reasons behind the departure of notable gospel artists such as Sinach, Frank Edwards, Joe Praize, and Eben from his ministry.

He expressed concerns that these musicians prioritized personal fame and financial gain over genuine worship and evangelism. Oyakhilome emphasized that their approach had transformed church services into entertainment events rather than spiritual gatherings.

He noted that while these artists led praise sessions, they often neglected prayer meetings and were more focused on commercializing their talents. Despite initial support, when he sought to redirect their focus towards sincere worship and soul-winning, they chose to part ways. He hopes for their repentance and a return to true worship practices.
