Colombian pop icon Shakira has confirmed that her world tour will continue as planned despite her recent hospitalization in Peru. The 48-year-old singer, who was briefly admitted to a hospital on Saturday night due to a sudden medical emergency, had to cancel her Sunday concert but is now ready to return to the stage.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Shakira assured fans that her highly anticipated show at the National Stadium in Lima would proceed as scheduled.

“The gates will open at 4:00 p.m. for a concert set to kick off at 8:15 p.m.,” she announced, without addressing details about her health.
