Nollywood actor Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, popularly known as Ijoba Lande, has declared that while he has forgiven his estranged wife, Darasimi, for her infidelity, he will never take her back.
In an emotional interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Lande revealed that his decision to forgive was driven by his religious beliefs, but reconciliation is off the table.
“I won’t accept her back, but for me to make heaven and for God to forgive all my sins, I will forgive her. She has done her own, I forgive her, but it’s gone,” he stated.
The actor’s marital scandal erupted after he accused Darasimi of cheating on him with over 20 men, including popular actor Baba Tee. Initially, Baba Tee denied any involvement, but in a shocking confession, he later admitted to being intimate with Darasimi, claiming he was unaware she was married at the time.
In response to the allegations, Darasimi denied sleeping with Baba Tee but admitted to sitting on his lap while naked during a ‘Truth or Dare’ game at his house.
The drama surrounding Ijoba Lande’s broken marriage has continued to stir controversy, with fans reacting to his firm stance on moving forward without his wife.
