United States Special Envoy Steve Witkoff has disclosed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s private reaction to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump during his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Speaking on Tucker Carlson’s podcast, Witkoff revealed that Putin, upon hearing about the attack, rushed to his local church, met with his priest, and prayed for Trump.

“It wasn’t about the election,” Witkoff stated. “Putin prayed for him because he considered Trump a friend.”
