A female naval officer, Lieutenant Cynthia Akor, attached to the Defence Headquarters, has been abducted by gunmen alongside two others in the Mpape area of Abuja.

Reports indicate that the kidnappers have already contacted the victims’ families, demanding a staggering ₦100 million ransom for their release.
