Following the 2017 Owerri AY Live Show saga where DJ Paky who played at the event alleged that he was being owed by the organizers of the event, the DJ has come out to say that he was misquoted on blogs as he never said that AY was owing him, but went after MC Yellowmouth whom he worked with.
DJ Paky took to Facebook to say; “Please I never called out AY for any reason as I did not do a direct business with him”
The saga still continued as MC Yellowmouth previously said that he is also not owing DJ Paky, going to the extreme to say “God punish you, if you say AY’s owing you”
MC Yellowmouth further said; “DJ Paky screamed for more than 10 minutes when he saw his name on the list”, frowning at the rate DJ Paky is going about telling people that he is being owed and that he (MC Yellowmouth) is not an Igbo.
The saga will then be put to bed as DJ Paky said; “A lot has been said and I don’t want to go into any of them at the moment because I was obviously misunderstood and misquoted in some of the blogs & social media publications. I also repeat, I have no issues with AY & I don’t have problem with anyone, It’s a brand new year for AY and I will still work for him with my heart”
However the upcoming artiste saga, where DJ Paky alleged that he was tagged an upcoming artiste when he asked for compensation, was blown out of proportion and sources close to the AY have it that it has already tarnished their image, putting them in a position where they don’t have respect for young entertainers.
With DJ Paky being referred to as “dj dat dey beg to put him to help him” by Lanre Markun (AY’s brother) in the comment “I did not tell Yellow mouth I need dj. Becide since we start our show in 207 we never pay dj once dey always call to support and also use it to get more relevant so pls. Not even Jimmy Jatt or Exclusive will ask AY for money not talk of dj dat dey beg to put him to help him”, it might not still go well with the brand as a section of the media is capitalizing on these statement to make mountains out of the whole peanut issue.

I wish to set the records straights regarding the issue trending online about the past AY Live Show in Owerri.
Please I never called out AY for any reason as I did not do a direct business with him.
The Genesis of the whole thing is that I was called by our MC Yellowmouth who approached me to perform in the show and i agreed, there was no written agreement or terms reached on that, it was just a verbal communication.
After the event I was made to understand that there’s no financial reward for upcoming artiste. Which I relayed the information to those who worked with me & to IMO state based artiste association, I showed them the text I received to clear doubts let it not be that I did not appreciate anybody or I made millions & decided to eat alone.
A lot has been said and I don’t want to go into any of them at the moment because I was obviously misunderstood and misquoted in some of the blogs & social media publications.
I also repeat, I have no issues with AY & I don’t have problem with anyone, It’s a brand new year for AY and I will still work for him with my heart..
We have a lot to achieve.
Let’s get to work in one mind and good spirit.
Thanks.
