Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, has described members of a coalition group of the All Progressives Congress in the state as ingrates. He regretted that those he raised up in politics were the ones presently fighting him. Okorocha also linked the group’s position to his stance on the tenure elongation of the party’s National Chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun.

The governor spoke in a statement on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sam Onwuemeodo.

He said, “The so-called Imo stakeholders can only “cage” Governor Rochas Okorocha like they have claimed in the media. In any case, only ingrates can claim to cage a man God used to uplift them politically. All those in the insolvent group called coalition are all beneficiaries of Okorocha’s political successes in Imo.”
