Controversial social media activist, VeryDarkMan, has declared that Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the last election, has a slim chance of winning the presidential seat in 2027. He also asserted that Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) would likewise fail to secure the presidency.

VeryDarkMan emphasized that opposition supporters are underestimating the current President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. This statement was made in response to reports suggesting that Obi’s recent visit to Atiku might signal a potential merger of opposition parties.

Despite the possibility of a merger, VeryDarkMan argued that unseating President Tinubu in 2027 would be a formidable challenge. He expressed his frustration over the news of a potential alliance between Obi and Atiku, suggesting it would be futile.

“The reality is, Peter Obi, Atiku, or Kwankwaso won’t get close to the presidential seat in 2027,” he said. “The opposition underestimates President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In time, it will become clear that Tinubu is one of the most adept politicians of our era. He is smart, intelligent, and determined, knowing exactly how to achieve his goals. Underestimating him is a mistake; he will likely remain in office until 2032.”

VeryDarkMan concluded by advising the opposition to abandon their merger plans, asserting, “Peter Obi 2027 is not a feasible scenario.”
