Marc Agnifilo, the lawyer representing American rapper and music mogul Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, has come forward to clarify the presence of 1,000 bottles of baby oil discovered during a raid on Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion earlier this year. Federal agents had alleged that the large quantities of baby oil were intended for use in orgies known as “freak offs,” as part of the sex trafficking investigation against the rapper.
Agnifilo, speaking in a new TMZ Studios documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, defended his client, explaining that Diddy simply likes to shop in bulk. “He has a big house, and he buys in bulk. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home,” Agnifilo stated, dismissing the notion that the baby oil had any connection to illegal activities.
Further addressing the allegations, Agnifilo also noted that what authorities described as “freak offs” were not orgies, as previously suggested, but rather threesomes involving Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and another male partner.
Diddy, who was recently arrested by Homeland Security on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution, has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. However, his bail request has been denied twice, and he remains in custody under suicide watch as his trial proceeds.
