The Super Eagles of Nigeria will commence their first training session today, Tuesday, at 5pm, in preparation for their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match against Libya. The session is scheduled to take place at the practice pitch of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, and will be open to the public and media.

Only two players, Stanley Nwabali and Amas Obasogie, have arrived at the team’s camp at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Ikot Ekpene, with more players expected to join on Tuesday. The Eagles will face the Mediterranean Knights of Libya on Friday at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
