MTN Nigeria has introduced a state-of-the-art digital experience centre in Abuja, harnessing the power of 5G technology to revolutionize customer interactions. This pioneering facility, located at the MTN Regional office in Maitama, marks a significant milestone as the first of its kind by a telecom company in Nigeria, aimed at demonstrating the transformative potential of advanced technology in everyday life.

During the unveiling event, Ogunwa Nwoye, the Chief Customer and Experience Officer at MTN Nigeria, emphasized the strategic role of the centre in showcasing technological possibilities and enhancing customer and business interactions. “This launch not only introduces the first digital kiosk enabling up to eight independent user journeys but also represents our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology,” Nwoye explained.
