Nigerian actress Ayo Adesanya has cautioned young girls about the dangers of seeking quick financial gains through hookups, stressing the severe consequences that often accompany such choices. Speaking in an interview with Saturday Beats, Adesanya criticized the influence of social media and the failure of some mentors and parents to guide the younger generation effectively.

She urged young women to be mindful of their decisions, particularly during the festive season when peer pressure and materialism are heightened. “Young girls need to know there is no easy money out there. With the global economic challenges, no one gives anything for free,” Adesanya said.

The actress highlighted the dangers of transactional relationships, warning that such pursuits often come with strings attached. “To those engaging in hookups for fast money, just know that if he is not collecting your destiny for an exchange, he is grooming you for something. You need to be very prayerful and tread with caution,” she added.
