Nigerian skit-maker and budding musician Nasboi has made headlines with an unusual plea to Afrobeats superstar Davido, asking for one of his unused cars on higher purchase.
The entertainer took to X (formerly Twitter) to pitch his idea, offering to pay for the car in installments until Davido decides to waive the remaining balance. Nasboi’s post, which has since gained significant attention, highlights his humorous and hopeful tone.
“Senior man @davido, any car wey you no dey use abeg. I fit dey pay small small. Higher purchase. I know say one day you go say make I no pay again,” Nasboi wrote.
The appeal came shortly after Davido unveiled his latest luxury acquisition—a 2025 Rolls Royce Spectre. Known for his love of exotic cars, the singer boasts a fleet that includes Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and Maybachs, making Nasboi’s request seem both audacious and perfectly timed.
Fans have since flooded the comment section, with many urging Davido to grant Nasboi’s request, while others admired the skit-maker’s boldness.
