In a landmark ruling, the Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos, has acquitted Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, alongside Sam Larry, Primeboy, and Mohbad’s former manager, Opere Babatunde, of any involvement in the death of late rapper Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.

Presiding over the case, Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje ruled that Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and others had no case to answer, dismissing all allegations against them.

However, the Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) has confirmed that Feyisayo Ogedengbe, the auxiliary nurse who treated Mohbad before his passing, will face prosecution.
