The Charles Obinna Foundation (COF) has unveiled a Free JAMB Registration Support Programme, set to sponsor 1,000 indigent students across the 27 local government areas of Imo State.
Announced on Monday, March 4, 2025, by COF Executive Director, Prof. Bongo Adi, the initiative seeks to bridge educational gaps by covering full registration fees for 40 academically promising students per LGA.
A ceremonial launch is scheduled for Tuesday at Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri, with Governor Hope Uzodinma as the Special Guest of Honor.

The initiative aligns with Governor Uzodinma’s Shared Prosperity Agenda, prioritizing accessible education and socio-economic inclusion. COF is collaborating with the Imo State Ministry of Education and local educators to ensure a transparent selection process.
How to Apply
✅ Eligible students can apply through their LGA coordinators.
✅ Selection is ongoing across all 27 LGAs, coordinated by higher education volunteers.
✅ Interested students should report to Alvan Auditorium at 9 AM on Tuesday.
✅ Application closes on March 7, 2025.
